Bingedrops Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We will perform the services as described and agreed upon during the booking process.
2. Booking & Payment
- Services are booked via our website or by phone.
- Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees for specialized services or if the service area is significantly larger than initially estimated.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives and you are not home or are unable to provide access to the property, you will be charged a no-show fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that all pets, valuables, and other sensitive items are secured before cleaning.
- We are not responsible for any damage to items left unsecured during the cleaning process.
5. Liability
While we take great care in providing our services, Bingedrops Cleaning Service is not liable for any accidental damages to property, furniture, or personal belongings, unless caused by our negligence. Clients must inform us of any special instructions or concerns before the cleaning.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, especially in cases of abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, or any breach of the terms outlined in this agreement.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
